I’m currently on a no carb diet till Monday comes cos I was told by the Art Director to lose some pounds. Doing a shoot for an ad, so in order to look good in it, I’m adhering to his advice. Good motivation for myself to tone up and lose weight too! Which means more yoga classes for me and more healthy eating! Lots of vegetables and lean meat in my diet these days. No more desserts/chocolates/ice-cream for me! (I’ve a sweet tooth so that’s my real sin!)
Going no carb is not a tough thing for me as I’m not a big fan of rice and potatoes just have to watch my sugar intake!! *heehee*
And if you’re wondering… I’m not going cranky with this controlled diet cos I’m just being a lot more healthy in my food and living! 😛 (something I’m supposed to do but I’m not doing all the time – I just love my food too much) I live to EAT!
For those of you out there who goes to Pure Yoga, you’ll definately see me working very hard in class! 😛
