We girls pigged out before the Fashion Show! (there were plenty of emptied plates put aside already!) Hahah… no wonder my dresses seemed to fit better than before! *oops* Thanks to the peeps at Swissotel for the wonderful buffet spread!!!

Jade and I loved the souvenir bears!!!
1. Combination of drunken maine lobster on daikon, spicy sweet chilli
sauce and chinese style smooked duck, tempura fried fresh water prawn,
wasabi mayo, mango salad
3. Double-boiled chicken & yunnam ham consomme with King Crab meat, glutinous rice dumpling with conpoy & crispy ginger.
4. oven backed miso glazed silver fin cod on butternut pumpkin puree,
light vermouth butter infused pink ginger, pepper roasted green
asparagus
5. Abalone fried rice with pine nuts and conpoy. (no pic)
6. steamed snow fungus with passion fruit, lotus seed supreme and bird’s nest, vanilla red bean ice cream.
And the bear bears loved the dessert! Sweet tooth…. 😛
