Thanks for your compliments! I’m in my mid 20s now and it makes me really happy that U feel my skin’s really healthy! I used to be plagued with really bad skin a few years back with blemishes and pimples that were hard to control. Only in the last few years that I realised how important it is to not be lazy when it comes to taking care of yourself. When U use make up, make sure U moisturise, put on sunblock before applying make up, and at the end of the day, use an oil cleanser to remove the make up and a facial wash after to ensure every trace of make up is removed. As to brands of skin care it really depends on an individual skins’ needs. When U find a moisturiser that suits ur skins, stick to it! For me, I like using certain products from YSL, Estee Lauder, La Prairie and Clinique as my skin can be a bit dry but requires a non creamy texture. Also, drinking a lot of water and exercising regularly helps a lot when it comes to our skin. I realised when I exercise more regularly, I will have a natural rosiness n glow in my face. So it’s like killing 2 birds with one stone. It helps maintain both my weight n gives me better skin. But make sure U take a bath immediately after each workout session to wash off all the grime in your face so that the pores won’t get clogged up! Ans as for my diet, I try to eat more salads, fruits and lean meat and less fried foods. Though I do succumb to temptations quite often! I love my chocolates and bubble tea! That’s when exercise comes in n helps! If U have to eat out often, look for more soupy stuff or eat Natsumi burgers from Mos Burger! Cut down the carbo intake if u’re not so active on a daily basis. I take the most carbo only during breakfast as it gives me the boost for the rest of my day and avoid it during dinner. Most importantly don’t skip meals – I learnt that through my own experience.
